6 Month Link Building Campaign

We are looking for a link building expert who can generate approximately 60 new links PER DAY for a period of 6 MONTHS. REQUIREMENTS: All links should be from: - PR1+ on the LINK PAGE (not domain PR) *Overall ratio of 50% PR1, 25% PR2 and 25% PR3 or higher - English language relevant keyword pages - White hat links only - Good neighborhood only links (no link farms) - Free non-paid links (not sponsored, ads, etc) - One way and PERMANENT - Link page should be recently cached by google - NO nofollow tags or [login to view URL] blocking - No more than two links from any one C class IP address - No more than 25 outbound links on the page where link is placed - Links must be in text (no graphics) with approved keywords - All links must be visible and readable (no hidden links) - No cloaking, no redirects, no dynamically generated links, no link farms, no spam sites, no link schemes, no scraper sites, no mirror sites, no links within frame or iframe, no flash pages, no javascript, no web rings, no forums, no blog comments, no guestbooks, no classifieds, no illegal sites, no adult sites, no mouseovers, no ping sites, no links within newsgroups. - Links from directories must have PR as per the requirement - Google guidelines for building links must be followed. APPROVALS: Each month we require a list of Pages where you plan to place the links during that month. ONLY Approved links will count toward the final count. Excel sheet should include: – Link URL (the URL of where our link will be located) – Google PR of the link page URL – Anchor text / Description FINAL DOCUMENTATION: At the end of 6 months we require a final report in Excel spreadsheet format with the following columns and data: - Domains Name – Date link submitted – Date link accepted – Link URL (the URL of where our link is located) – Google PR of the link page URL – Anchor text / Description PAYMENT TERMS: Bid on Total 6 month Project AND include How Many Links you can provide in that time.
