Ongoing System admin work

I am looking for someone to assist with some ongoing system administration work. I currently have several machines used for a variety of various things that I don't have the time to do work on and as a result I am falling behind. Most are CentOS systems in a virtual environment though there are some physical systems. The tasks vary in nature with some examples below. The person(s) I am looking for should be able to complete the tasks with sometimes a minimal instruction set in a timely manner. I would like someone who is fluent in English, can take the project and get it done without having to come back to me to ask questions but can likewise balance that with asking for questions if necessary. Ideally I would like to escrow an amount of money that would cover several tasks and not have to open new auctions each time but can if needed. Some examples if what I need: - Help with setting up a monitoring system, I prefer Zenoss. I want someone to help me setup a freshly installed Zenoss system, configure the alerts and setup a couple of windows systems that I can review what was done and use that as a template so to speak to do more. - I have a Centos 6.5 system running Zoneminder to monitor several cameras. This system has a video capture card that the driver does not work with the new OS. It was previously running CentOS 5.9 and worked great. I have tried a different capture card and am having problems. I know this is vague but I would allow the person(s) I select access to tell me how much and next steps to get running. - Occasional minor configuration changes, postfix, maybe an occasional shell shell or perl script. I guess what I would call normal day to day admin stuff. I may have several items at a time and then could go several days or a couple weeks with nothing. I am looking for a long term relationship that I can push tasks to someone. So you know my background. I have owned several ISP's, a large US West Coast data center which I have sold. I am currently looking for new opportunities and various fun projects. Some of the above tasks I may be working on for someone or an idea I have that I want to play with.
