Build An Ultimate Plex Media Server

Trying to cut the cord... Looking to find someone to build this for me (personal use)... I tried to do this on my own and after a week, I had everything set up and about to work... but it did not. I need someone that can build a flawless working automated Plex Media Server on a VPS (Digital Ocean droplet Ubuntu 16.04.4 x64) and google drive storage. I want to be able to easily search TV Shows and Movies and automate the process of finding the usenet files and torrents, the downloading, unpacking, renaming, and managing through the processes of them being viewable on Plex Media Server, including updating to better resolution when they are available. I did the research and have some ideas of the systems that would be needed, but am open to suggestions and or alternatives... I want to be able to replicate this for some friends and family.
