I need someone to apply "resampling" on my ML model. I have an imbalanced dataset issue, and I think resample is a great solution. I am working on a time series forecasting, particularly intraday stock predictions. I train the model each day between 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM. The strategy is instead of working with a 1-second timestamp, we can change it to 2-seconds timestamp. The thing is I am working with a time series database, so we will need to resample with numpy or pandas I guess.
