Help with Local by Flywheel on Mac

I am using [login to view URL] on my mac and one of the sites on it crashed and it had very important database. Cannot start the site now and cant find any way to restore the database and can't find its files. Looking for someone to help me with it, I am sure the files are stored somewhere on the system itself otherwise how will it work. If someone is familiar with this can you help me find those database files!!
