The objective of the report is to cover the latest inventory management systems/practices. The inventory management system should cover all the fields of inventory management including reorder, stock management, restock, security, technology, software, evaluation, shelf life, scrap material , strategy etc We have warehouse and storage yard. The equipment we have are perishable and non perishable and chemical and electrical etc we have numerous items. The bidder must be experienced and well educated in the field of inventory management The report shall be written in a way such as a guide and recommending step by step how to apply the latest systems and technology. Moreover, it must justify the recommendation and analysis and explain why. Furthermore, the bidder shall prepare a presentation explaining how we will apply it to our company and the steps and benefits. The report shall be atleast 10 pages The presentation must be designed for 15 to 20 minutes. You must explain clearly how to developer and apply the inventory management system to our company.
