My approach to your project is to use Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) to generate two sine-waves at 100 and 300 Hz, respectively. I will use Lookup Table (LUT) and Direct Memory Access (DMA) to control the PWM, and use PWM capture to track the phase of the sine-waves at a CLC trigger. The LUT will be used to generate half of the time period off. I will test the sine-wave on a dspic33ch512MP508 microcontroller and display the results on a scope. Finally, I will use the DRV8833 to drive a speaker to test the sinewave.
