Database for real-estate commercial real-estate portfolio. I do have limited Access knowledge and simply not the time and experience to do this. But it's a rather simple set of tables and relations. Some extra work maybe on the reports / queries.
THE PROJECT:
We are the operator and landlord of 15+ shopping malls and rent retail space units to customers / brands.
I need a database bringing all data to one place and being able to create offers, track offers, track free spaces, have shopping-mall and retail-space-unit details as well as sales performance of our tenants. Our team of 4 people should be able to work with it. Easy data entry forms, easy filtering, easy reports.
TABLES (just a first idea)
1. Shopping Malls (15+)
with key data such as address, maps, key-figures
2. Retail Spaces (inside these shopping-malls)
with key data such as space number, space name, location (floor, area), space plans (pdf), space pictures (jpg), monthly and yearly rental fee $, other rent fees $, turnover-rent %, current tenant (Label / Customer), start of lease / end of lease (yy,mm), key dates (lease option) etc... .
3. Customers (Company leasing the space)
Customer details such as address, contacts etc..
4. Brands / Labels
the customers from above can hold various brands. example: Customer A can hold / own Brand or label A, B, C. On top. Label details such as website, logos, space requirement, etc..
5. Category:
each brand / label will be in one category (such as "consumer electronics, food, apparel, etc.. )
6. Performance of labels:
(we need to know how the Brands / labels perform in our shopping malls. They will give us their revenue numbers on a monthly basis)
> sales per label, space, customer, shopping mall in $, sales per square meter, sales vs. previous month, previous year etc...
OPERATIONS:
- we need to create offers for retail spaces to customers (either for an empty space or a space that will be empty / available in the future). Offer needs to be a formatted MS Word document.
- offers for the same space go to various customers (e.g. 1 offer can go to 50 customers)
- need to track offer status: which space was offered to which customers and > customer replied, customer is interested, customers stepped back from offer, customer confirmed offer etc.
QUERIES / REPORTS:
- any cool ideas on reports to show our lease / rental level per shopping mall?
- quickly get info on a certain space (1 pager with details)
- reports needed can be developed during the project.
- any ideas....

Below I have described a set of milestones that deliver an easy-to-use database to and your team. Best guess at this point is that this will take about 12 hours of development time and I would be able to deliver the final product within 8 days of being awarded the project.
