Android Developers and Designers

Need Android Developers and Designers. Developers from Delhi/NCR Preferred and Foreign Developers welcome but should be in the reachable geographical area. Dear Applicant, We are looking for coders with hands on experience in development/design on the Android platform (applicants with iOS experience along with Android will be preferred). This experience can be in form of projects, or even courses undertaken. In addition to this, we also require the applicant have experience in following: REST API's & MVC Social Media Plugins Must understand SIP, Voice Over IP concept (preferred, though not a key requirement at this point) C,C++ and Linux As a social recommendation start-up, our vision is to create a platform that provides the most actionable recommendations by using inputs from people who know us best - our closest friends As this will require the coders to work as the first few employees in a start-up, following are the desired qualities that we expect in the applicants: Independent Thinker - a key aspect of the profile will require developers to think independently and come up with ideas as to how to further improve the product Passionate - we are not looking for team members that measure their day in total shift hours but those that are passionate enough to measure their day as to how close they are to the vision of the product Multi-tasker - another key trait that we expect from the applicants is the ability to multi-task, take initiatives and not stay too prescribed with their allocated role.
