I have created many android applications in the past. I have created automated utilities and time lapse apps so I know how to deal with timing. I will be the cheapest option. No matter what. If someone goes lower than me, I guarantee I will go lower than them. I may even deliver this before the deadline. Obviously I don't have any stars at the moment, because I have only just started on this website, however you have to start somewhere. Even though I am new to this website, I am not new to freelancing and I am not new to android at all. I have even created games along with the above mentioned utilities and time lapse apps.
