validate android source delivery - that it is full and comiples and creates the correct APK

i have a delivered source package. i need to verify that this delivery is full and complete, that i have all the required source files and that the proper (working as desired) APK is created. your output will be: 1) confirming that the delivery is enough and complete 2) APK - to test that it is indeed working using your compilation will deliver the source folder to selected candidate. project can start immediately and should be delivered 1-3 Hours later There is an opportunity for further work on this application!
