Its A great idea to develope an app like this. As i have gone through your requirement you want an app where App will work like below:- App has a login screen and also for new user there will be register screen where user can register and can also add his selfie as profile image and when user will login with registered user name that selfie will come in profile page. In login screen user can also login through facebook,Linkdin,twitter and istagram and for this we will use API for those. In App there will be option so that any time we can track user location that where he is? We can also see the facebook friends in APP. We can Record voice and play. If needed can share recorded voice like voice memo. Same thing will happen for videos. We can also import videos in app from instagram. We can play voice or videos from external party which are not in app. We will show complete profile of users and user can also update their details.
