Android app needed

I am looking for an experienced app developer(s) who can help develop an app for Android. If possible, HTML5 would be fine. My server supports php as well as asp and .net depending on the backend system of choice. It is a relatively simple app where the user via gps and a map, e.g. Google Maps or similar, can pinpoint his or her location. I am thinking along the lines of Facebook check-in. The idea is that you, via this check in on the map, may upload one or more photos and write a post containing 1. a head line 2. a text 3. a custom field In addition to that, the user should be able to access an overview of all posts within a given perimeter from their own gps location. This means that the user can see all posts within a specific perimeter of e.g. 10 kilometers / miles on a simple list or map. In the survey, the headlines should be visible along with a miniature of the photo with the possibility of clicking on a headline to access the text and more photos. When clicking a headline the user may send a message to the owner of the post who, subsequently, receives a notification on his phone with the option to answer and locate previous messages. Furthermore, sharing of posts/check-ins on Facebook with a click, showing the map with the gps location, including text and photos, should be an option. The user must to be able to disable or enable notifications so that he may choose to receive a notice every time a new post is made within the specific perimeter containing words or tags in the text. All text in the app should be in English, but I also want a Danish version. I will translate and proofread the Danish and English texts myself.
