Mobile App -- 2

I need a mobile app both iOS and android compatible. 1)Ticketing platform 2)People should be able to submit events 3)Events which with the most clicks/views of the day get the added to the front page space 4)Sales in multiple currency 5)space for other items(People submitting events should be able to submit events where they send the tickets to costumers themselves) 6)Chat option where promoters can communicate with potential buyers 7) click for updates/notification(Where buyers can see updates posted by promoters) 8) individual profiles for both buyers and sellers where they can get people who follow them and see what events they have likes or are planning to attend(They should be able to make simple posts like text and picture) 9)Event card should be able to be liked and RSVP page should be available for each event and can be turned on and off by promoter 10) Everyone signs up the same and has a profile some can chose to submit event others can chose to just be user 11) Follow button maybe with a more catchy name like 'Tag along' 12)Design In a darker color (Black) 13) layout easy to use just like instagram at the start with very little buttons available, (Home page, Profile, Pre's(chat), search, Location) 14) other buttons (Check out, profile pic, status, 'where you want to be', event card) ** This project will needed to be started from scratch as I have no design, UI designs or backend already in place. A transfer protocol for handing over once complete to another coder for app maintenance One or two months of maintenance if needed for any issues that arrive .
