React Native Component featuring child component drag, drop, rearrange sort

React Native component which works on Android and iOS. The component features a set of draggable child components which automatically sort / rearrange as a child component is dragged, a little like the iOS home screen allowing app rearrangement (without folders). The child components will be run time configurable fixed width and height. The child components may all be the same shape. Dragging is initiated (entirely typically) by touch and pause, causing the child component to become detached from the background without moving, and then move with the drag until released, causing it to snap into place. Other child components should rearrange / flow arround the sub component being dragged. Dragging a child component down into the bottom 1/4 (or top 1/4) of the screen should cause screen scrolling if the (parent) component extends beyond the bottom (or top) of the visible screen so that a large set of childs may still be easily rearranged. Callbacks must be provided for drag start and drag stop so that animation / display changes such as opacity adjustments may be made to child components while being dragged. A callback for touching/clicking a child component must be provided, so that the function of the child component may be invoked. API calls must be provided to add child components at a position and to remove child components. Either by way of component margin, or by run time configuration, space between child components should be unaffected (i.e. not clickable or draggable, and normal screen scrolling and any other functions should be unaffected).
