157741 Fix ASP.NET RSS Feed

I know *very* little abbout ASP.NET. I have created two files, one with HTML and one with the code behind -- but it doesn't work. [login to view URL] has the HTML and [login to view URL] has the code behind in C# format. You can convert to VB.Net if you want, I don't care either way. I just want to get this code to work. It is your responsibility to get this code working such that I can put in the actual connection string and it will work flawlessly, the first time. Note: I removed the actual "connection_string" from the [login to view URL] file for security reasons. I look forward to working with you.
