Fix our Cisco ASA 5506-X settings

We have a Cisco Firewall which we needed to change the settings due to recently changing to a fixed IP address from DHCP from our ISP. As our internet is mission critical and cannot be taken offline for long periods we have created a router that "emulates" our ISP's gateway. Working through our "emulated" gateway the firewall is working, however once we switch it into its live environment we cannot even access our ISP's gateway via ping (Our ISP normally responds to a ping request of course). We need someone that knows Cisco's in detail and can fix our setting. Probably via Teamviewer into our config machine.
