My total site project is huge and needs to be as professional looking and working as possible. The site is going to be a myspace/facebook/yahoo type hybrid site for teens. Please do not try to get this done if you do not have the means. My site needs to be almost a duplicate of the basic myspace features and some facebook features. I need a searchable web directory I am going to need a submit section where members can submit any content related to the site I need a games, video, pictures, jokes, music, movies, and tv areas. I am also going to need a sports section which will have mini sites within the site for each teen sport. I will have teen topics pages I am going to need a shopping area as most major online stores or an ebayexpresse type shopping area. I am going to need to link all member activity with earning points by surfing the site and clicking on ads And also to be able to entergrate php scripts into the site that can be used with the same login as the entire site. Also an auction where items can be sold and bought with money and points. This project goes into further detail also. I need each page to be able to be designed where I can edit its contents. I also need to be able to edit my website at anytime from anywhere, and be in contact with its builders at normal work hours. I don't mind paying half at the start and the remaining portion after it is finished "To My Liking and Needs" I don't want to be stuck with something that is not 100% what I want or have to pay extra b/c it was done wrong and needs to be redone. I am interested in as much of a flat rate as possible where I don't have have to be surprised at the end of the project where the cost has doubled. I intend on paying for the quoted price or less and am not accepting any contract without that. The only way i'll pay more is if there is an extra project I come up with that I want developed which will be under a new project and contract. I need to have this perfect. I am going to choose a hand full of qualified bids and then send you my website specifics after I have fully checked out your business information. This project has the potential for long term employment I am also looking for my partner to assist me in the project. I rather US based bids for the purpose of meetings in needed. Thanks Kelsi
