83668 Sports Circuit Training Progra

I am looking to create a simple program that will allow coaches to create field circuit training programs. For example, if it was a soccer coach that wanted to create a fitness circuit. ON the right hand side of the screen would be a picture of a soccer field. On the left hand side would be icons of the different tools used (i.e. medicine balls, speed ladder, dumbells, tubing, etc.) The coach could drag and drop the icon on the soccer field where ever he so wanted. This process would be repeated until 6-12 stations are created, each with a description of each station. The coach could then print out the circuit training for that day. This is a basic overview but is just about it as well. I am not sure as to what script type would be used. We can discuss this upon acceptance of the bid.
