Fixing Bugs in Wordpress Website

I had Photography Website with rating system where members (Photographers) will upload their photo works into our website to get rate from other users. For all photo which are uploaded into our website will need to pass Curators team to decide either the photo is publish or rejected. Now I encounter 2 small problem in my website. 1. Photo Voting Beside Publish or Rejecting photos, a Curators can send the photo to vote by other member within my website. The curators are unsure about the photo and need extra opinion, curators can send the photo to public for Voting. Now I just try to place several photo on Vote but the voting page is not showing any photo. My website is similiar as 1x(dot)com. So you may check their voting page for idea. 2. Comment Rating Other member can rate someone else photos but they cannot rate their own photo. So if you click one of the photos in my website (Sample Link: [login to view URL]). If you look the comment within those 2 photos all comment with stars as the rate given from other photographers. But if you check the latest photo like [login to view URL] The comment don't have the rating anymore. Please try to register your self for an account and go to any photos and scroll down to the comment field. You may see that the star is missing and leave the form with radio button only. As for your information, the Comment Rating usinng Comment Rating Field Plugin (Adds a 5 star rating field to the comments form in Wordpress. Requires Wordpress 3.0+). So i need someone with good expertise in PHP and specially Wordpress to fix this issue. Please advice me your latest Wordpress work in your bid details. I will defenately not choosen anyone with no experience in Wordpress. Happy bidding!
