Dealer Sign UP

This is a painless project for a ASP.NET Pro! I am trying to simplify the process of adding dealers to our car dealer directory as well as potentially up-sale them on additional services. The site is currently built in ColdFusion 5.0. We are attempting to do as much new development as we can in ASP.Net, as that is the direction we are moving toward. Therefore, I would prefer to do develop this in ASP.NET. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). This needs to be very classy and have a marketing feel to it. Please keep in mind I am looking for something that looks and flows much better than what I have now. In addition, you will be able to use a default header and footer that I already have written in asp.net.
