2x10 forced matrix script

I need a 2x10 Forced Matrix script written in PHP, using MySQL database, **OR** written in ASP using Access. When users sign up, they must be able to choose their own usernames instead oc code numbers. In the member area, members should be able to see their matrix downline and contact them (a simple e-mail address shown is OK), see and contact free members, modify personal info, check cash balance and get referral links (only programmimg - I make the design, banners, etc by myself). In the admin area, I should be able to move members, check/modify member stats/data, set matrix level commissions, send e-mail to all members, or only paid or only non paid, make payments to members manually. If preferred, I can pay using e-Gold. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership of all work purchased to USE the script, and not to distribute it. ## Platform Linux + MySQL **OR** Windows Server + Access
