I need a form2mail script... The script consist of following, 1) To part (my email) shouldn't be visible to prevent spamming... 2) to field 3) subject field: This part should be a dropdown menu. For exapmle the visitor can choose a) link suggestion b) broken links c) just hi d) other If he/she chooses other opiton there should be appeared another blank text area to write its own subject there (by dhtml, it must be unvisible by default and when he/she chooses "other" it should be visible) 4) message field... And an option to subscribe my mailing list... (A checkbox). If he chooses to subscribe it may be redirected to subscription page with email address inserted to the email field, and there he may add additional information and choose which list(s) he wants to subscribe... It should work with eternalmart mailing-list manager... I hope everything is clear... Sorry for my English if there is anything should be cleared please contact me...
