Need A Clone Of HumanHelper.com

I am looking to get a clone of [[login to view URL]][1] I am looking to have the desktop agent as a .exe and have the look and feel be the same... I really need someone that has done work like this before and not someone that thinks they can do it.. If you have not done any work like this or have not done any work in the IM spot please don't bid.
