I am developing a website that allows users to manage all of their internet accounts in one place and I am in need of a programmer who is very experienced with identity management to develop a seamless single sign on or federated platform that primarily supports Open ID websites but can be extended to support those with conventional login systems. I would also like to establish our website as an Open ID provider and be able to issue Open IDs. The developer can use the DotNetOpenID library located here to accomplish this: <[login to view URL]>
The single sign on created must be seamless. A sample use case would work as follows:
1. The user signs into our website and adds services to their accounts.
2. After the are finished with this they are asked if they want these services to be included in the seamless single sign on.
3. They are issued an Open ID if they do not already have one.
4. They are able to select the account or email address that they wish to use to verify identity for each Open ID enabled website. Preferably this is done in aggregate.
5. For those that do not support Open ID they are given the option of entering their username and password to be stored.
6. An Access Control List is created that outlines which websites to be included in single sign on and the associated username or email address to be used for that account. This list is editable and can be changed.
7. Next time the user logs in to our service they are automatically logged in to all of the websites in the Access Control List. There are no pop-ups, they do not have to click each individual log-in button. It is completely seamless.
8. (Optional) The user is given the option to single sign out of all of the websites.
***REQUIRED: With your estimate you must include a short plan for exactly how you would accomplish this task. Please provide a list of the 5-10 major milestones and tools you would use. Do not be afraid to be technical.
## Deliverables

Please read through this use case and provide me with an explanation of how you would accomplish this***

This can be accomplished but it will require weaving together a combination of existing libraries and tools. Here are some potential options:
Dot Net Open ID Library
GITKIT via checkid_immediate
[[login to view URL]!msg/oidf-account-chooser-list/Aaxmx_TbDxI][1][/][1][mNUSGawIMesJ][1]8.
***REQUIRED: With your estimate you must include a short plan for exactly how you would accomplish this task. It must completely address the use case. The individual that submits to me the best solution will get the job. The cost estimate is not nearly as important as the proposed solution. Please provide a list of the 5-10 major milestones and tools you would use. I have detailed knowledge of the Single Sign On situation so do not be afraid to be technical.
