I'm in need of a SharePoint 2010 professional to help me accomplish creating a basic front end and extended functionality back-end SharePoint site for the purpose of serving the day to day needs of a recruiting company. ## Deliverables I'm in need of a SharePoint 2010 professional to help me accomplish creating a basic front end and extended functionality back-end SharePoint site for the purpose of serving the day to day needs of a recruiting company.? This project is broken down into 3 phases. If we are? successful and? satisfied? working with? each other? after completing phase 1. I will extend the contract to include the other phases? to you first. Phase 1. Front end site will have the following functionality: This site is for external users so security must be kept in mind.? This site will: F1. Allow for user registration (name, address, telephone... the usual stuff) F2. Allow for user to upload resumes in word or pdf format F3. Once user has been registered, the user can search job postings that will display certain information fields. F4. The user can actively apply to job openings from within the position description page. The backend web site shall have the following functionality, broken down into two diffrent groups. The employee group will have the following functionality: B1. Dashboard Page (this information is propietary and will be disclosed after project acceptance. It contains no graphics just data placement and searching ability): B2. Ability for employee to add new position openings B2.1 On the add Positions page, it shall allow for the adding of the following data: Employer name, employer address, Internal payment, External Salary range, position type, and a metadata field . B3. Ability for employee to "tag" canidate with additional metadata B4. Search page that allows employee to serach both canidates and positions for any filed. B5. I would like the functionality to approve a resume prior to adding it into the system as an "approved resume". Prior to approval, it should be part of a "need to approve" document list. If approval is not granted, the resume and record simply gets deleted. On this approval page, I also need to be able to copy and paste any relevant contact information that might not have been submitted during the registration process. I may also choose to edit the resume slightly (such as removing the candidates contact information and inserting our own contact info) and save it as the final master that is to reside in the system. Once the resume gets approved: 2. There is functionality in SP 2010 to convert and parse documents I believe. I need to be able to parse uploaded Word document resumes, and have the content within the document indexed and relevant content associated as a metadata filed attached to the candidates record (anything besides common words like "the" "and" and so forth). I think this is new to SP 2010 with the searching feature. If this data extraction from word files is not native to SP 2010, can you suggest another utility that does provide this function and that you can integrate into the site. 3. I would also like to be able to do a "automated matching or pairing page" where SharePoint looks at the metadata from the candidate record and metadata from the position record and finds the closest matches based on a percentage of matching words. Example:? A Canidate with the following info in his metadata filed: "Network Technician" "Spanish" "Java" Would match up with a position that contained those same keyword in its metadata field. This match-up would be displayed on a grid for internal employees to see so they can focus on paring the right candidates for the right positions and duplicates are allowed (a candidate or position can match several times). This matching would be displayed as a # of matched words variable. I understand this might be complex, but I have done my research and SP 2010 can pretty much do all of this without too much reinventing of the wheel.? We can hash this out further once we agree upon your level of experience and price and you start to work on the wireframe mockup. Phase 2. Intergration with VOiP solution such as Asterisk. Phase 3. Intergration with Microsoft Dynamics. This project is on a small budget for a startup so I? welcome? all offshore bidders that have the knowhow to get this completed, Once we agree to work? together, I will send you some Visio site templates that I have been working on and you can use that as the basis for the design.
