Project consist of two parts: 1) Replication of competitors website [login to view URL] Flash presentation is done be someone else. Analysis, calculator, comparison, and the actual MMA software will be online. This online application is a reverse engineering of the "money merge account" mortgage accelerator program. Users will register for account go through any interview process entering a variety of financial data. This data is plugged into an MMA engine, currently in Excel format. The output will be used to rendered graphical display of mortgage payoff projects and a variety of other comparisons. Users must be able to add/modify data to there account. We will provide formulas for generating reports, comparisons, and charts. Prerequisite: Understanding of amortization and compound interest. Platform: ASP or Java based. Flash based dashboard interface. Database: Any that is scalable. Summary: This have been done before. No need to reinvent the wheel. There are many examples on the net. We need a good DB coder to get the engine perfect...We'lll design the interface later. Option: would like to use ACTIVE X objects for flexibility with spreedsheet output format.
