Web designers required

I have been working at RAC for quite some years now and given the kind of load I get from here and some other sites, I feel its time now for me to looks for some help with fellow designers. I have been outsourcing by graphic and web designing work to various companies in the past but still haven't found someone with whom I can have a long term relationship. This is what I require from you: 1.? ? ? Ability to create PSD files for site templates. 2.? ? ? Ability to convert the PSD into table less CSS/XHTML format. No compromise on quality front. You are welcome to bid if you have both or even individual abilities. But you should be very good. even if you do not have ranking at RAC - I can ork with you provided you are good. Being in IT industry (especially outsourcing) for a very long time, I know ins and out of this trade. So be very specific and to the point in your response and let me know what you have in mind with respect to price or a business model that we can approach. Please do not approach me with long notes on what you have done so far and what you can do for me as we will come to that point later. Simply give me your best 2 or 3 links that I can see to judge your quality of work and a very brief descrition on how you propose to work. I hope you appreciate my time constraint. What I am looking for is either a full time support from you which can be salary based if you wish or part time support where I know that you are around whenever required.
