The application will provide a method to run Agent. HTML to XML representation will be provided via XML Generator (XG) C# library. No download features required. No authentication features required. No proxy adjustments required. Design requirements: 1. targeted on high performance and scalability with utilization of .NET caching engines 2. coded as library of serializable C# classes, ready for use with web services 3. designed to run in multi-threaded environment Other requirements: • Following MS naming convention for coding in C# • Following NDOC commenting rules Please bid ONLY if you are experienced with web data mining and have done projects with requirements above. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Hello,
I guess you have reviewed draft specifications for this project and understand the scope and requirements.
As you probably see there will be few main blocks in the architecture:
GUI block, XSL builder, XPath builder, schema builder and smth like common or utility block. We will definitely narrow down the specs on the way.
If you are comfortable and capable in doing the project please submit your final bid along with suggested object model for the application.
