We need non-exlusive licence for the code of PDF to Word or HTML Converter preferably written with VC++. Big portion of the program should be already developed and tested. Possible features: * reads PDF files (doesn't require Adobe Acrobat to be installed) and extracts text to HTML or , RTF (MS Word doesn't need to be installed), DOC (Word 6.0/95/97-2003) * extracts general information (title, subject, author, keywords, creator, producer); * extracts information about the security preferences * extracts pictures , * supports batch conversion ( * generates contents with bookmarks and hyperlinks in the output file; * autodetects web-addresses and e-mails and makes them hyperlinks; * supports multiple charsets and encoding tables; * supports annotations; * extracts fonts; * easy to use and easy to set up; * multi-language support, command line support; In order to comply with the rules of Rent A Coder as well as United State law, I am not asking for an exact copy, but only a similar type of deliverables. All deliverables must be created compeletely from scratch and may not include any part of any deliverables that you sold to another buyer, or do not own complete copyrights to. You may also not use or divulge any intellectual property which is not entirely your own and which you are not permitted to use or divulge
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
