Provide Technical Support -- Rolling Project

We are looking for an enthusiastic, English-speaking coder to provide technical support for our products. We host a couple of Web sites and are currently attempting to recruit a coder to provide support, as part of an ongoing contract. The coder will need to have strong English skills, be patient, friendly and honest, and hopefully have a relatively firm grasp of technical concepts (though you don't need to be a programmer!) We have a full support "ticket" system in place and you can easily login from anywhere in the world to perform your support. Initially, you will be handling a maximum of just FIVE queries per day (most likely, just one, maybe two). As time progresses, you will be required to expand on this up to perhaps around fifty (or so) per day. Obviously payment for your work will increase appropriately. Payment for the first month will be made via RAC, and via PayPal (or RAC as an instant bonus) thereafter. Your BID is for payment for answering up to five tickets per day via our support service, for one month. Tickets will only take TWO/THREE MINUTES to answer each. NO CRAZY BIDS PLEASE. Our current support personell answers approximately 1300 tickets per month for a base cost of $200. Proportionately, this means we can get him to answer these extra tickets for just $23. We are however willing to pay slightly more. ALSO... note that the ticketing system is very easy to use and enables you to setup templates for your responses. This means that the process of checking and replying to tickets will probably only take you an HOUR or so over the entire month! You may ALSO wish to provide a resume, or details on how many tickets you will answer for how much $ per month. You should enter this with a view to rolling this agreement over, month after month. You will be required to check at least once a day, and clear all your tickets each day. You will obviously be briefed on all products and be "hand held" through your initial tickets. We will choose a candidate based on how FRIENDLY they are, how WELL they speak English, and how MUCH they charge. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Web-based data entry
