Attendance Management Application

**Project Title**: Attendance Management Application **Summary**: Full intranet based application to display and provide printed reports of employee attendance, based upon data in a database. **Detail**: 1. To produce a number of screens showing grid views of data held in an SQL Server database. The grids will provide features such as sorting and searching. 2. The application is required to produce printed reports based on the grid views with appropriate titles, page numbers etc. 3. The application requires a secure log in feature 4. Pages are required to allow validated data entry of items such as employee details, departments, locations etc for storage in database tables. The data must be able to be viewed, added, edited and deleted. 5. It is essential that the source code is well structured and well commented. 6. We would like to view the progress of the development at mutually agreed key stages. Before bidding, please review the attached file containing a full specification and some "mock-up" screen shots. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
