Landscaping site

I need a new site built. It will be very small...about 2-3 pages (maybe 4). While I will expect some creativity on your part for the site the client already has some basic artwork done that has been used in print advertising. It will be very important to maintain her brand and her colour scheme I will require the standard three design mockups. The first will use her artwork as the main theme, the second needs to use the same artwork with the colours reversed, the third one can be built at your discretion while maintaining either of the other two mockup looks. The mockups need to be ready within three days and revisions done within 24 hours of the revision request being submitted. Once the design has been approved you will need to slice the design into a web ready format and build the site with all text/images I provide. PSD files of the site will be required upon completion of the project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Web
