6 page custom website template

Hello, I am looking for a detail oriented web designer that has excellent: photoshop skills html + css + javascript jquery + flash Must be very creative, understand the importance of usability, and able to work with very little guidance. ## Deliverables I need a basic 6 page accounting website template. The website will be mostly in html and css It will require two very simple forms Changing images on the homepage using jquery or whatever is best (a good example of this effect - [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]) This website template is for a small local business based in toronto I am looking for someone that is detail oriented, and will not message me 10 each day asking me to comment on the website but rather is self guided. The reason I mentioned the above is because I have dealt with web designers that would quickly throw something up and they would ask me to comment on their work. I would spend the remaining of the day pointing out their very obvious mistakes that a blind cow would notice and they would go back and correct only 50% of the mistakes (like basic photoshop or readability mistakes). I think they must of thought I was offering a free web design workshop while paying them at the same time. The individual that designs this initial website for me to my satisfaction will be offered many more similar projects. I don't care how good you are, a good website cannot be designed in a day or 2. Since details are very important to me, 1 week per template sounds reasonable to me. I will provide example websites and color scheme options to the winning bidder. However, I need someone who know how to take initiative and who is very knowledgeable in this field. Please show me your previous work. regards, Martin
