Program For PDA

Haven't Requested work Online Before so bare With me, In Our work Area we have waireless routers covering most of the area, for? other? spots away from work we have portable Routers which have access to internet. I need a software that i can put on a PDA/Pald that would allow the user to see? and update simple? records? (Select/Update). I have two servers? both running MYSQL (on Linux) both with Static IP. In detail: As for the device? please give you personal choice.
