we are not happy with the site [login to view URL] it has always been unreliable. Orders should be followed by emails that sometimes are sent and simetimes are not. Some browsers do not show the popup windows, etc. So we want the site to be done again in PHP, with the following changes: all features inside the site must be transferred to the new site (with minor changes) 1. a customer can register and choose his own password 2. the administrator (after the due checks) enables orders for a given customer 3. the customer can login with his email address/password and order multiple items in different quantities 4. at the end, payment is usually collected by credit-card (PayPal), but some previleged customers can skip the payment part 5. when an order is posted, emails are sent to different recipients: an "order-received" email is sent to the customer, an email with the order is sent to the London office (with autoconfim to the italian office) and a 3rd mail with the order is sent to the italian office 6. no popup window must be used (no 2nd window must overlap the existing window) 7. multiple email boxes must be managed 8. the order must be received from the italian office in a format readable by the PeachTree accounting software (csv ?) The new site will be hosted by a Linux server.
