Webpage Design problem

My website is designed using css and I have had problems with the pages displaying properly from the beginning. I get emails from customers all the time. The problem is when you visit my website the center middle of the page sometimes does not show up (Or it is pushed down to the bottom of the page.) Its like the css is squeezing the content out of view or something. I have noticed this behavior in both Firefox and Internet Explorer. It doesn't really matter which page you visit because I have noticed the problem on just about every page. I have attached two screenshots to this bid request. The first shows what the webpage looks like when you first visit it. The second image shows that once you reload the page the content appears. Sometimes if you reload the page again the content will disappear, etc. etc. Any ideas? I have a feeling this has to do with the width of the center content. Perhaps it is too wide for the fixed width center portion of my webpages.
