We are a software startup with a flagship product. We will be offering web design services in the next few weeks and will be looking for designers for project work. If you can create a quality website for us you will be considered for future projects. We need a company website created with a unique homepage and several content pages using Fireworks, Dreamweaver and Flash. Content pages should contain a navigation panel on the left to access all subpages, Our flagship product will be featured on the homepage. Will provide logo and screen shots of software which can be used to create some of the pages. All other graphics should be provided by designer and free of copyright. Look should be professional and clean with soft colors, utilize table-less layout using CSS. We will provide majority of content. Any pages, for which content is not provided, should be populated with placeholder text. Homepage should contain a flash animation to introduce our flagship software product. Layouts can also be provided for consideration. Once selected, you will be provided with all information. Once layout for homepage and other pages are designed, they will be reviewed by us for approval before creating website. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
