Complete Website Design

MFI Intl. Corp a small solar power distributor/MFR kindly requests bids on creating its website from the ground up. We are looking for a site with smooth clean graphics and a good flash introduction. Design look and feel are crucial in representing our image and products. IN general. We are looking for a combination between the 2 following sites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We are looking to have approximately 12-15 pages using the same template. Header graphics will be static. There will be NO logo design for this project.(Logo graphic files will be provided) WEBSITE REQUIREMENTS: Create a website template to be used on all pages. Designer will provide 5 samples for review. After which, revisions may be required before selecting a final template. Creation of flash intro. Creation of buttons and bars to be used on the site. All work must be original. Stock photos and/or simple graphics may be required at a maximum of 2 per page. Again these must be legal to use within the United States. All text and News should be easily updated by a general webmaster. The Contact page shall include a form that will be able to be sent via e-mail. Under product pages here shall be functionality to add, delete or change Download links to PDFfiles. All other content should be static. Website must be fully functional upon completion. Designer will be required to provide all files used in the creation of the site. Designer will be responsible for uploading site. A web hosting service will be provided. All pages and links must work properly before payment will be issued Current site map is as follows: About Products(5 pages) Systems(3 Pages) News Contact Legal Policy ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Accessible by all common web browsers including but not limited to MS explorer, Firefox and Netscape I am open to format/ software used in creation if the site, but again request that everything should be modular and easily updated and/or changed. Tools used and final formats must be verified before bid acceptance.
