a very small website project which will consists of only discussion board where the subject will be provided by author and people can visit the sites and leave their comments. these comments can also will be viewed by other people. we also a need decent logo designed for the project. the website will be only 3-4 pages max. it would be a static site. the subject can be changed by the author and the coder should inform us how the author will be able to change the subject. also the author should be able to reply to the comments. the coder should also upload it to the server provided. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform all platforms
