flash app / website scrape

Experienced flash actionscripters needed. We want to create a flash movie that is driven by the search results of a 3rd party website, which will need to be scraped The results appear on a PHP page on the external site and form a table of 4 columns. We need animated icons to be built in the flash movie to correspond with the results of the website, an icon for each row. The icons will move about and will stop when hovered by the mouse to show some info from the results table for that entry for example the table might be..... name | colour | location 1 |black | UK 2 |black | UK 3 |white | UK 4 |white | UK will produce a flash movie with 4 symbols moving around, 2 black and 2 white, when you hover over a symbol, it will popup the word "UK" Please advise ballpark costs for such an idea
