Flash programmers wanted

Full contact with the poster is both allowed and encouraged *************************************** We are looking for Flash programmers to work on a per-project or hourly basis in the Washington DC area. We are located in Alexandria VA and would expect some work to be done on-site, but would be willing to have work done at your location as well, after we have established a relationship. Most of our projects are CD based, rather than web based. We need experts in motion graphics and animation style programming. Graphic design ability is a plus, though not required. You must be able to work for the duration of the project, during the day. Though some projects do not have deadlines which require working exclusively on that project, we frequently do have tight deadlines. If you are a moonlighter - only able to work in the evening and weekends - we may keep you as a backup, but preference goes to contract workers available during the day. We are a very small creative company with room for growth. Sub-contractors generally find us easy to work with and flexible. We tend push the limits of the software so the more you know Flash the more comfortable you will be with us.
