Title Company - Signing Agent Collaberation Tool

The project provides the ability for title companies to locate and manage interaction with signing agents (notary public, attorney) to close mortgages. Our current system is being outgrown and we require a new, more stream-lined system. The system must be able to add new Title Companies (Clients) that have three levels of users (executive, management, and staff). Executive users have control over adding management users and there are very few of these. Management users have control over adding staff users who enter orders into the system. Orders consist of about 15 data fields (.i.e Borrower Name, Address, Closing Date, etc.) than need to be tracked. There are roughly eight status conditions for an order (New, Open, Rescheduled, Cancelled, etc.) that need to be tracked. The users have a "dashboard" screen that shows them various pieces of information (open orders, today's orders, closed orders, and other financial information depending on the user's type). Notes may be kept on the order to be provided to the Agents that fulfill the orders. Notes must be able to be time/date stamped and kept with the order display. When an order is entered, the Client will be able to search through a list of Agents to see the agents that may service the order. Agent listing must be listed based on the County in which the order is to be filled (agents may service multiple counties) and must list the agents in distance order from the signing location provided in the order. Additionally, Agent fees are shown for the services that are offered. Agents may be rated by Clients (using 1 to 5 stars in multiple categories) so that Clients may decide on whether to use a particular Agent. Please refer to [[login to view URL]][1] site. It performs almost exactly as I would like to run this application/site. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform We expect this to be written in ASP 3.0 (not ASP.NET unless there is a cost-savings). The database backend will be Access to start. We will upgrade to SQL Server in the future if required.
