Ready to start now. May I know more details how exactly you think it can be done by using event logs? What exactly should be output by API? How do event logs look like? I will do it properly and will not require any payment until it is 100% done. Thank you.

I live in NY, am American, have a BS, and have been building MSSQL, .NET (vb) projects for over 20 years (VB and Access before .NET and MSSQL). I would do it in .NET using vb. I would dump it Either to a database (if you have one) or to the screen, whatever you prefer. There would be no design whatsoever, it would be strictly functionality. I'm free all night tonight (Thursday) to do it and can talk on the phone at any time. I would do it first, then if you're happy, on your honor, you can approve and push through. Since I've never used this particular API I don't know if what you want is feasible or do-able yet. If you want me to take the time to review, please let me know. Thanks, Joe
