Change php Shopdesign into pure html

Hallo i have an existing php shop desgin. Based on this architecture i can upload a different picture set and have a complete new shop outfit. We do not want to work with php further on. We are looking for a programmer who can - design on this base(pictures) a pure html layout - working at browser explore up from 5 - working at browser netscape up from 5 - Opera, firefox - which should be searchengine friendly - smart and easy using - the programmer should be interested to follow up additional features in addtional projects - all functionality which will be seen on this screen will be needed mostly by standard or gnu software. nothing difficulties on that programs. -- "Nachricht hinterlassen" is a java program -- under "News" is an rss feed intergrated -- newsletter needs to be a new modul(gnu) not selected yet additional information: To be searchengine friendly we need a page (start screen) which is similar to our screenshot and a pure html page. In this page we could use to add informatione later for the complete content We also have this set in different colours for different use. So i like to have a set whe i can copy these other pictures inside and have a new design. Basicly there must be a screen design in html which has all pictures inside and where text could be typed inside for a complete side and a set out of cgi or a frameset where different content or programs like newsletter programs or pages from a different cms system could be integrated. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
