You are bidding on a Cross Platform Download Program.. After speaking to various developers they have said that the easiest method would be to have this website based just like Spotify so then it would work on both MAC and PC There are 2 main parts to this system 1. User Download Software 2. Data Management System User Download Software – This is what the user will download to access the files available. This will be hosted on our server and available for download Data Management system – This is where we upload the files , enter the information and create the email notifications. ** Would be broken down into 3 main parts - File Management System - User Management - Reporting System I have attached a couple off word doc files which contains alot more detail however a Skype session will be needed as their is quite a bit off detail which needs to be discussed. If you have any questions please write them and forward onto me. Only serious bidders apply. We can move on the budget but project must be delivered at an agreed time otherwise penalties will apply
