customize wall

My customization need is on the wall of social engine where I need a sign saying “Click here to post your comments about Industry/company/brand others” after the click action a small tab should open which contains 2 text boxes .The headings will be industry/company/brand /others and the other will be Product and the third will be the wall itself where people can comment and share. The condition here is the user needs to enter information on all the three text boxes in order to share anything. If the user decides not to click on the tab then only the wall should be active and the user should be allowed to post on the website. Also the data shared by the user should be integrated in to mysql so I can derive the information later. Also, I have integrated my site with various social site but the status message when published on different sites cannot be tracked so I need to track Any activity /updates /likes/comments/follows on to my site and make commenting on the site possible than going to the site itself.
