Fix Event Registration Wordpress Plugin Feature - repost 2

Very simple: When a user registers on the registration page,we are getting an error that says you must click yes to accept the waiver. When you click it and hit resubmit it still gives the same error. Do you know how to fix this? When you bid, please end your bid in the number three so I know that you read this carefully. For example, instead of bidding nineteen dollars, bid twenty three.
