Redesign wordpress site, integrate facebook and mail chimp

I need to redesign a current wordpress site, establish facebook pages, and integrate mailchimp accounts. I need to have this site up by the end of the week (by midnight EST Dec. 9). I can provide artwork (logos, pictures, etc.) and content. However, I need someone to setup wordpress and the page layouts for me similar to what I have included in the attached documents. The work should be pretty simple for someone familiar with setting up wordpress sites. I am interested in using the Touchsense wordpress theme, but am open to other suggestions. The current site was hobbled together by some novice designers a few years ago. Our needs have changed and we need an easy to manage website that is reliable. I need to have this site up by the end of the week (by midnight EST Dec. 9). I require someone to start ASAP as I am running out of time and need this site to go live by the end of the week. I will have content from the old wordpress site that I will need to import into the new site. I will need your help in importing the content. This site will host multiple bloggers. Two to start, possibly more later. Individual authors should only have access to post to their specific content areas (Categories) and approve comments. Once this project is complete I will have other ongoing tasks and projects for you to work on so there is a lot of potential for consistent work if we work well together. I will need a separate RSS Feed for each author. Additionally, I will need an RSS feed for all authors combined (minus the admin). Users should be able to subscribe to mailchimp lists for individual authors, or all authors and be able to modify their preferences. Additionally, I'd like to integrate facebook comments on posts instead of the wordpress comments. I require the following: Excellent & fluent English communication via email. Be able to communicate via email at least daily if not every few hours. Available to complete tasks quickly and effectively within reason Excellent knowledge of Wordpress and custom Wordpress functionality Medium to advanced knowledge of CSS, HTML, PHP, Wordpress Loop, etc Bonus points if you: Optimize our sites SEO and help build strong backlinks Know how to setup and integrate facebook pages for my sites so that posts and comments automatically show up on facebook.
