Need help .. Breezing Forms in Joomla 1.5.23

Need help .. Breezing Forms in Joomla 1.5.23 Please refer to the SCREEN SHOT / IMAGE attached We need Joomla's 'Breezing Forms' module made to look like the attached image (on the right hand side) so we can have text down one side, and the form on the right hand side of the page, with the 'submit' button underneath it. Should be a very easy job - I just don't have time to play with it! ALSO - one more small job: Need the 'background' behind the header images removed, because on a smaller laptop screen the header images don't sit in the middle of the page - they sit far off to the right.... Need to make sure they sit in the middle of the page, even if it means removing the beach out of the background either side of the headers.
